Hornillos del Camino

About this hike

Leaving Burgos, the Camino enters the vast plains of the Meseta. The open landscapes and big skies are peaceful but offer little shade, so carry plenty of water and sunscreen. Hornillos del Camino, with only a few dozen residents, is a classic medieval village and a quiet place to rest.
